Return Policy
We give the right to our customer to cancel the order anytime before shipment, we have provided the easiest way for the cancellation of your order. Simply drop us an order cancellation email with the reference number or the purchase order number. The process carries no additional cost with a swift refund to your account.
No need to panic if the order has been dispatched. You can still return to us. All you need to do is to maintain the original packaging of the order. It should not be opened while keeping in mind the tenure of 14 consecutive days return policy. In case, if the product has been unpacked, you need to re-pack the package according to its original packaging, maintaining the pattern and structure of the product while a fee of 20% may charge for restocking purposes.

INET integrators offer shipping with FedEx, DHL, and UPS according to your desire. The shipping rates can be accessed and previewed on our website with the online system. We have integrated advanced tools on our website for customer ease. So, they can check the shipping rates easily for anywhere around the globe by clicking on “Estimated Shipping Costs” and an estimated shipping charge will automatically appear on your screen in a few seconds.
How long it will take to get the goods?
There are 2 parts to it. The order processing time & the delivery time.
- The order processing time means arranging all your items together and their packaging.
- The delivery time consists of the location where it needs to be delivered. Moreover, for our customers’ ease, we have created a chart where you can assess the delivery time of our product.
NOTE: We suggest, if the weight of your product is below 45-kilograms, customers should go with the Express of DHL, FedEx, and UPS as it’s a door-to-door fast & convenient service.
If the weight is above 45 kilograms it is better to go with the economy as it saves the cost of shipping.
Is my package insured?
Shipping by international couriers services is insured and it can be tracked online. Once we dispatched the goods, an email with the tracking number is sent to our customers. So, they can easily keep track of their parcel with the ETA.
